Clyde Edwards-Helaire lands a dream job in KC

With the 32nd pick in the 2020 NFL virtual draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB out of LSU.

Fantasy Insight

All the talk about Andy Reid not taking a RB early in the draft can be put to bed. Clyde Edwards-Helaire is a 3-down RB who gets to carry the rock for the best offense in the league. Given Damien Williams' age and injury concerns, Edwards-Helaire will compete to be the lead ball carrier. For now, I would draft Edwards-Helaire as a high end RB3/Flex. If he is able to win the starting job outright, he could end up being a top 20 RB.
