QB

Joe Burrow – CIN, $8,200 – vs Buccaneers

For the first time in what seems like forever, Cincinnati Bengals star QB Joe Burrow is healthy going into week 1 of the season.  He has all of his weapons, and he will be using them in this high scoring matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  This game has the highest Vegas game total at 50.5 and the Bengals are favored. Joe Burrow will eat.

RB

Ashton Jeanty – LVR, $7,000 – vs Dolphins

After a big injury scare, second year RB Ashton Jeanty of the Las Vegas Raiders is not listed on the injury report headed into week 1. The Raiders will be without their star TE Brock Bowers, and with Kirk Cousins keeping the BQ sea warm for # overall pick Fernando Mendoza, Jeanty is in line to get a ton of wrok. He faces a weak Miami Dolphins defense, and the Raiders are favored. His might bet he cheapest Jeanty is all season, so fire him up.

WR

Ladd McConkey – LAC, $6,500 – vs Cardinals

Ladd McConkey had a lack luster sophomore NFL season, but he is looking to bounce back in year 3.  He has new offensive coordinator with Mike McDaniel now in LA, Keenan Allen is in Indianapolis, and the Chargers offensive line is healthy (for now).  The Chargers face a mediocre at best Arizona Cardinals secondary, and they have the highest implied Vegas team total (28.5) on the slate, so Ladd will be on TD watch.    

TE

Michael Mayer – LVR, $4,900 – vs Dolphins

Brock Bowers’ meniscus trimming has opened up the slate for the biggest value play of the week in TE Michael Mayer.  He will be the starting TE for a Las Vegas Raiders offense that does not a have true lead WR, so expect plenty of targets for Mayer.  At $4,900, he will be a cash game lock, and a free square for tourney lineups as well.

Jacksonville Jaguars - $5,000 – vs Browns

A theme of Drafthustle’s DFS lineups in 2026 will be targeting whoever is playing against the Cleveland Browns with our D/ST play.  The Jacksonville Jaguars have that honor this week.  Cleveland has the lowest Vegas implied team total on the slate (15.5) in the game with the lowest Vegas O/U (39.5). Do not overthink this play.
