The 2023 Fantasy Football Season was a weird one. Let's revisit my 2023 Bold Predictions and see how it went.
Dallas – Dak Prescott finishes as a top 5 QB. - Dak finished as QB3 overall.
Philadelphia – Kenneth Gainwell outscores D’Andre Swift in .5 PPR. - Kenneth Gainwell finished as RB51. Dwift was RB23.
Washington – Sam Howell finishes as a top 15 QB. - Sam Howell finished as QB 11.
NY Giants – Isaiah Hodgins outscores Darren Waller in .5 PPR. - Even with Darren Waller missing 5 games, he outscored Hodgins 87.2 to 51.5.
Atlanta – Both Tyler Allgeier and Bijan Robinson finish as top 24 RBs. - Bijan was RB9, but Allgeier was RB36.
Carolina – Miles Sanders has 2,000 total yards. - 583 total yards for Sanders. Big Miss.
New Orleans – Michael Thomas outscores Chris Olave in .5 PPR. - Chris Olave finished WR22 while Michael Thomas was WR70.
Tampa Bay – Cade Otton finishes as a top 12 TE in .5 PPR. - TE19 for Cade Otton.
Green Bay – AJ Dillon outscores Aaron Jones in .5 PPR. - Aaron Jones barely squeaked this out finishing 15 points ahead of AJ Dillon.
Detroit – David Montgomery outscores Jahmyr Gibbs in PPR. - 244.1 to 207.2 in favor of Gibbs, closer than ADP would have suggested.
Minnesota – K.J. Osborn outscores Jordan Addison in .5 PPR. - Jordan Addison finished as a WR 20, while KJ Osborn finished WR59.
Chicago – Justin Fields finishes as QB1 Overall in 4 pt pass TDs. - Justin Fields missed 4 games and finished at QB17 overall.
San Francisco – Christian McCaffrey finishes outside the top 10 RBs. - CMC finished as the RB1 Overall by a solid margin. Oof!
Seattle – Geno Smith leads the league in Pass TDs. - Geno missed 2 games and finished with 20 pass TDs, #18 in the league.
Arizona – Michael Wilson will outscore Marquise Brown in .5 PPR. - This was a close one. Marquise Brown barely outscored Michael Wilson 109.2 - 93.5
LA Rams – Tyler Higbee finishes as a top 3 TE in .5 PPR. - Tyler Higbee finished as TE 25 on the season.
