FANTASY INSIGHT: This is a shocker. The 49ers go with the upside by selecting Trey Lance 3rd overall. He is extremely mobile and will possibly be able to take the “vaunted” Kyle Shanahan system to new levels. His fantasy potential all depends on how the 49ers handle Jimmy Garoppolo. Lance should be drafted as a QB3 and stashed as an upside play in all leagues.
