Carolina gets the best QB prospect in the 2023 NFL Draft as they begin their rebuild. Although he doesn't have the height, he has the passing ability and mobility to be a starting QB in this league. He will get to pass to a mediocre WR core this season, led by Adam Thielen, DJ Chark and Laviska Shenault, so that's not very enticing. I expect to have him ranked as a low end QB2 this fantasy season. As the Panthers improve the offense around him, Young will have the chance to become a top 12 fantasy QB in the next few years.
