According to reports, Indianapolis Colts newly acquired QB Carson Wentz is expected to be miss up to 12 weeks after having surgery on his foot he injured in practice last week.
Unfortunately, Carson Wentz is no stranger to the trainer's table. He will begin his Colts career on the PUP list more than likely. Second year QB Jacob Eason will presumably take over as the starter in Indy until Wentz returns.
With a lack of experience at QB, the Colts will lean on Jonathan Taylor more heavily. He becomes more solidified as 1st round pick at RB in all formats. T.Y. Hilton and Michael Pittman both take a hit, although they weren't being drafted that highly to begin with. They should be drafted as a WR4s/Flexes at best for the time being. If you were drafting a Colts TE for some reason, stop at once.
