Dak Prescott Injures Thumb; Out 6-8 weeks.

According to reports, Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott suffered a fractured thumb during the Sunday Night Football game. He is set to have surgery today and is expected to be out 6 to 8 weeks. Fantasy Impact

The injuries continue to pile up for the Dallas Cowboys. Losing Dak for any amount of time hurts that entire offense immensely. If you have an IR spot in your league, Dak can be stashed there. Otherwise, he will have to clog up a spot on your bench for 2 months. Marcus Mariota would be my top target to replace Dak for the time being if you did not draft a second QB.

Cooper Rush is going to the starter for Dallas while Dak is out, which will hurt the value of every start-worthy Cowboys player in fantasy. CeeDee Lamb should be to put up low end WR2 numbers. Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard are flex options at best. Dalton Schultz remains a mid to low level TE1. Get Well Soon, Rayne Dakota!
