The Houston Texans fooled Vegas up until the pick was in. CJ Stroud is arguably the safest QB in this draft class, as he has the size, passing ability, and mobility to be a great NFL QB. Similar to Carolina, the Texans have very mediocre pass catching options, led currently by WR Robert Woods and TE Dalton Schultz. The Texans have plenty of picks to fill out their WR core in this draft. Stroud will open the 2023 fantasy season as a low end QB2 with upside to be a top 15 QB by season's end.
