Joe Burrow will be the starter for the Bengals whenever "Tha Rona" allows us to start the NFL season. He has good WR talent in AJ Green, Tyler Boyd, and John Ross, similar to what he had in LSU. He also has the mobility that has elevated QB's fantasy floors lately. Assuming AJ Green doesn't hold out, Joe Burrow will be drafted in the QB15-20 range come fantasy draft season with room for QB1 upside.
