According to reports, Kansad City Chiefs All-Pro QB Patrick Mahomes suffered a dislocated knee cap in the Thursday night game against the Denver Broncos. Early indications are he is expected to miss about 3 weeks.
This is not good for anyone as the league loses its reigning MVP for a month. The Chiefs are at home vs Minnesota and Green Bay, and on the road against Tennessee and the Chargers over the next 4 weeks before their week 12 bye.
Matt Moore is not a starting option. Travis Kelce is downgraded to a low end TE1. Tyreek Hill is also downgraded to a low end WR1. No other pass catchers are worth rostering while Mahomes is out. The running game remains a mess with McCoy being the only startable player as a flex option.
