Derek Carr – LV ($7,500) vs Football Team

Derek Carr is having one of his best seasons in 2021, as he is leading the league in pass yards per game. He faces the Washington Football team in week 13 who are the worst team in the league against QBs. Most people will shy away from Carr with Waller most likely out, but I still think Derek Carr can produce against the leagues worst secondary.

Eli Mitchell – SF ($7,600) vs Seahawks

Eli Mitchell has taken command of this 49ers backfield since he’s been healthy. He has had 27 carries in each of his last 2 games, and he tacked on 5 receptions last week. He faces a Seahawks run defense gives up the most total yards per game to RBS. With Deebo Samuel out, Eli Mitchell should be in line for another 25+ carry game.

WR

Brandon Aiyuk – SF ($7,000) vs Seahawks

Brandon Aiyuk appears to finally be out of Kyle Shanahan’s doghouse. He has averaged over 6 targets a game in his last 4 games, and he has at least 80 receiving yards in 3 of those 4 games. There will be more targets to go around with Deebo Samuel likely out for a few weeks. Brandon Aiyuk is a solid contrarian play this week.

TE

Logan Thomas – WFT ($5,000) vs Raiders

Logan Thomas returned last week after a lengthy absence and looked solid. He is another week healthier in week 13 as he faces a weak Las Vegas secondary. The Raiders give up the 4th most yards game to TEs, and have the 4th highest TD% allowed to the TE position. I expect Thomas to get more work and have a good chance to score in this matchup.

Miami Dolphins – ($4,000) vs Giants

The Miami Dolphins defense has been on a tear recently. They have scored at least 17 Fanduel Points in 3 of their last 4 games. This week, they face the New York Giants who will likely starting Mike Glennon at QB, and will be without a few of their best WRs. At $4,000 they provide a solid discount compared to the more populat defenses, making them a solid GPP play yet again.
