Week 15 DFS Fanduel Tournament Plays

DraftHustle’s Top Fanduel Tournament Game Plays of the Week!

QB

Justin Herbert – LAC ($8,300) vs Titans

Justin Herbert finally has all his weapons healthy, and it has shown in his play as of late, even though not so much in the fantasy stats. He has attempted at least 47 pass attempts in his last 3 games and is averaging 325 passing yards over that span. The Chargers face the Titans who are a great matchup for QBs. They have allowed the 2nd most Fanduel PPG to the position over the last 5 weeks. Herbert is primed for a breakout game, and he has plenty of options to stack with for some GPP upside.

RB

Miles Sanders – PHI ($7,800) vs Bears

Miles Sanders is having the breakout season we have been waiting for since he was drafted. He already has a career high in rushing yards, and he has 11 TDS after having 0 last year. He is also on a hot streak, having over 140 rushing yards and 2 TDs in 2 of his last 3 games. This week he gets a Bears defense that has been awful since trading away Roquan Smith. They rank in the bottom 5 of the league in rush yards per game allowed and Fanduel PPG allowed to running backs. At $7,800, and only 11% projected ownership, Miles Sanders has the upside to be an excellent GPP play in week 15.

WR

Chris Moore – HOU ($6,000) vs Chiefs

With Brandin Cooks and Nico Collins out again in week 15, the Texans will once again lean heavily on Chris Moore. He is coming off a 11/10/124 game against a stout Dallas secondary, and he gets a lack luster Kansas City secondary this week. The Chiefs rank in the bottom 7 in yards per game allowed, TD% allowed and Fanduel PPG allowed to WRs. Houston are the biggest underdogs on the slate in the game with the highest Vegas Over/Under, so there should be plenty of targets for Chris Moore.

TE

Tyler Conklin –BAL ($5,000) vs Lions

Tyler Conkling is strictly a matchup play for us in week 15. He has been up and down this year, but he faces the Detroit Lions who have been bad against TES this year. They are the 3rd best matchup in Drafthustle’s adjusted DvP metric, and they have given up the 8th most Fanduel PPG to the position in the last 5 weeks. Corey Davis is out and Zach Wilson seems unwilling to throw to Elijah Moore, so Conklin will likely be second in targets this week, and he has the potential to put up fantasy points in what is expected to be a decent game, considering the teams playing.

D/ST

Carolina Panthers – ($4,200) vs Pittsburgh Steelers

The Carolina Panthers are in the hunt for the NFC South title, and its been thanks to their defense stepping up. The Seahawks scored some garbage time points in week 14, but in the 3 weeks prior to that, the Panthers allowed less than 13 PPG, and had a total of 13 sacks and 4 total turnovers in that span. They face the Steelers this week who will be without their starting QB, and currently are tied for the lowest implied Vegas team total on the slate. If you can afford to pay up for a D/ST this week, the Panthers are an excellent option.
