Week 5 NFL Fanduel Cash Plays

Draft Hustle’s Top Fanduel Cash Plays of the week

Deshaun Watson – HOU ($8,000)

Deshaun Watson gets a fantasy Elixir this week in the form of the Atlanta Falcons defense. They were just torched by the Tennessee Titans. The Texans have the 3rd highest Vegas implied Total this week so points will be scored. Deshaun will right the ship this week against the 27th ranked D/ST.

David Johnson – ARI ($6,800)

David Johnson is returning to his 2016 form thanks to being in an actual offense. He is coming of his 1st 100-yard from scrimmage game against the Seahawks and he faces the awful Bengals defense, who rank dead last in Fanduel Points Allowed to RBs. His price is great and allows you to pair him with one the high-priced stud RB on the slate.

Auden Tate – CIN ($5,300)

This is a close to a free square we get this week. Cincinnati is without A.J. Green and now John Ross, so Auden Tate is next in line along side Tyler Boyd. Don’t be fooled by the Cardinal’s rank against WRs. They are a bad secondary. Auden has averaged 8 targets a game over the last 2 weeks, so he makes for a great cash game WR this week.

Zach Ertz – PHI ($6,600)

Zach Ertz is about as consistent as you can get at the TE position. He has at least 7 targets in every game this year. He is also facing a team who appears to be good against his position, if you don’t examine the numbers. Jets rank 1st in Fanduel Points allowed to TEs, but teams they have faced have only targeted the TE 8 times in three games. Lock Ertz in your cash games with confidence.

New England Patriots – ($5,500)

The Miami Dolphins are on bye this week, so we have come up with a new strategy: Play the Patriots D/ST. They get the Redskins this week, who appear to be starting Colt McCoy. I’m not sure how the Redskins plan on scoring this week. Don’t over think it in cash.
