Week 6 Waiver Wire Report

Week 5 is finally over! None of those points will carry over to week 6, so it’s time to find the guys who will score you points in week 6. These are my favorite players to target.
(Based on players who are owned in 67% or less of Yahoo fantasy leagues)
Teams on BYE – Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts, Oakland Raiders, Chicago Bears
QB
Jimmy Garoppolo (60%) – SF vs Rams
Turns out the Rams defense wasn’t what we thought they were. The last two weeks they were torched torched by Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson. I expect the Rams/49ers game to be a shoot out which means plenty of passing for Jimmy G. Jacoby Brissett owners can do worse for a week while he is on bye.
Kyle Allen (10%) – CAR vs Buccaneers
Teddy Bridgewater (9%) – NO vs Jaguars

RB
Adrian Peterson (47%) – WAS vs Dolphins
The Redskins fired Jay Gruden today, which probably doesn’t mean anything but it can’t be any worse than what it has been. Bill Callahan is the interim coach for now and he is already talking about how they will run the ball more, and who better to start against than the Dolphins. They are giving up 150 rush yards per game and are dead last in Fantasy Points Allowed to RBS.
Kenyan Drake (56%) – MIA vs Redskins
The RB waiver wire is bare this week, so you have to reach if you are in need of one. Chances are Kenyan Drake was dropped in your league, so he could prove valuable if you are missing Jacobs, Mack, Gore or Montgomery. He is averaging over 12 touches a game over the season, and 16 a game over the last 2. The Redskins are just bad, so why can’t Drake fall into the endzone?
Jaylen Samuels (57%) – PIT vs Chargers
Chris Thompson (64%) – WAS vs Dolphins
Chase Edmunds (3%) – ARI vs Falcons

WR
Byron Pringle– (1%) KC vs Chiefs
Sammy Watkins was injured on the first play of the Chiefs, so it was Byron Pringle’s time to shine. He proceeded to catch 6 passes for 103 yards and a TD. If Sammy Watkins is out, Pringle is worth an add as a bye week fill in. The Chiefs face the Texans in week 6 so there will be points-o-plenty.
Mohamed Sanu (42%) – ATL vs Cardinals
Mohamed Sanu has been the most consistent WR3 over the past few years and this year is more of the same. He has scored double digit points in his last three games in Half-PPR leagues. The Falcons get the Cardinals who just gave up a 14/10/123/1 line to Tyler Boyd out of the slot. The Falcons defense is terrible so the Falcons will always be in catchup mode, meaning plenty of opportunity for all of their pass catchers.
Geronimo Allison (37%) - GB vs Lions
Auden Tate (22%) - CIN vs Ravens
Preston Williams (7%) – MIA vs Redskins
