QB

Kyler Murray – ARI ($8,200) vs Seahawks

Kyler Murray has been a different QB with DeAndre Hopkins returning from suspension. He is coming off a 326-passing yard, 3 passing touchdown effort in week 8, his best passing game of the season. The Cardinals face the Seahawks who have been already beaten the Cardinals but that was without Hopkins and James Conner, who is likely to return. Expect a shootout in a game tied for the highest Vegas O/U at 49.5 points.

RB

Aaron Jones – GB ($7,800) vs Lions

Aaron Jones has been the lone reliable offensive weapon for the struggling Green Bay Packers. He has averaged over 116 total yards and scored 2 TDs over the last 2 weeks, and he will look to continue that trend against the Detroit Lions in week 9. Detroit gives up the 3rd most rushing yards and the 3rd most Fanduel PPG against RBs on the season. 150 total yards and at least 1 TD is the floor for Aaron Jones this week, so lock him in all cash lineups.

WR

Justin Jefferson - MIN ($9,000) vs Commanders

Justin Jefferson is coming off 2 mediocre performances for his standards, so I am looking for him to bounce back to his elite self in week 9. Minnesota faces the Commanders are the 5th best overall matchup for WRs. Jefferson hasn’t scored a receiving TD since week 1, and this is a prime spot for him to end that streak in a revenge game for Kirk Cousins. Justin is my favorite elite WR play this week, and he is a great cash game play.

TE

Zach Ertz – ARI ($6,600) vs Seahawks

We are paying up for TE in our cash games this week and going with Zach Ertz. He has the best matchup on the slate in the Seattle Seahawks. They give up most receiving yards per game, yards per target and Fanduel PPG to TEs, so Ertz will have a chance to put up decent to great numbers in a high scoring game.

D/ST

Miami Dolphins – ($3,600) vs Chicago Bears

The Miami Dolphins get the Chicago Bears offense this week, and they are my D/ST of choice in week 9. The Bears’ offense has been better as of late, but they are good for at least 1 turnover a game. They are also projected to have the 5th lowest Vegas implied Team Total @ 20.5 points. AT $3,600, Miami is a great value play in cash games as well as GPPs.
